The eBusiness Support will support the eBusiness & Product team in the creation and maintenance of product data across digital platforms. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about product information management (PIM) processes, e-commerce operations, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The intern will be guided by experienced team members in contributing to the seamless publication of product information across wholesale and official websites. Create and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information. This includes requesting image crops specifically tailored for selected e-retailers, renaming them according to established conventions, and uploading them to the appropriate folders, all while following established procedures. Share product data with local markets for publication on wholesale websites, adhering to brand guidelines and strategies. Assist in creating launch checklists and distributing them to relevant market teams, including necessary attachments. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Product Information Management (PIM) system by assisting with data input and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely task completion. Monitor product publications on third-party websites to ensure consistency with the brand strategy and standards Participate in monthly meetings with market teams, assisting in documenting key discussions and action items in detailed meeting minutes. Proficiency with Excel E-commerce passionate; previous experience in e-commerce or familiarity with PIM is a plus Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced e-commerce environment Fluent in English; Chinese would be considered a plus 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n.
