The role aims to ensure full compliance with applicable HSE and Quality regulations, promote a strong safety culture, prevent risks for people, environment and assets, and support operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the business lifecycle. The QHSE Specialist ensures that processes, practices and tools are implemented and continuously improved in line with international standards, Group requirements and customer expectations, with primary focus on HSE performance. /p h3Essential Functions / Key Areas Of Responsibility /h3 ul liHealth, Safety Environment (HSE) – Primary Responsibility /li liDefine, implement and continuously improve the HSE Management System in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Group HSE policies, and applicable legal requirements. /li liEnsure compliance with national and local HSE laws and regulations, acting as reference point for authorities, auditors and internal stakeholders. /li liLead risk assessments, hazard identification and preventive actions related to: /li liWorkplace safety /li liMachinery and equipment /li liChemical and environmental risks /li liErgonomics and occupational health /li liPromote and develop a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns and on-field presence. /li liDefine, deploy and monitor HSE KPIs, analyze incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, and drive corrective and preventive actions. /li liLead investigations of accidents, incidents and near misses, ensuring root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. /li liCoordinate emergency preparedness and response, including drills, evacuation plans and crisis management support. /li liEnsure environmental compliance concerning: /li liWaste management /li liEmissions /li liEnergy consumption /li liEnvironmental impact reduction initiatives /li liCoordinate HSE audits (internal and external) and ensure timely closure of findings and non-conformities. /li liActively support operational teams and managers on HSE topics, ensuring HSE is embedded in daily operations and decision-making. /li liQuality Management Customer Satisfaction /li liEnsure implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, Group Quality standards and customer-specific requirements (PCI, CQM, Bancomat, etc.). /li liSupport General Quality Assurance activities to ensure processes, products and services meet defined requirements. /li liEnsure internal procedures are kept updated following organizational or operational changes. /li liManage customer quality relationships, acting as Point of Contact for quality issues, complaints and feedback. /li liEnsure customer complaints are properly managed: /li liCoordination of analysis /li liRoot cause investigations /li liCorrective actions /li liFeedback to customers and internal stakeholders /li liMonitor and analyze customer satisfaction indicators, providing structured reporting to Management. /li liManage third-party and customer audits: /li liAudit preparation and coordination /li liAudit execution support /li liCorrective action plan management /li liCertification maintenance /li liConduct supplier audits and support supplier quality improvement initiatives. /li liIntegrated QHSE Governance Continuous Improvement /li liEnsure full integration of HSE and Quality processes into the Corporate QHSE Management System. /li liPromote a risk-based approach across operations, projects and support functions. /li liProvide QHSE data, analysis and reporting to Management, supporting informed decisions. /li liActively support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring QHSE aspects are fully integrated. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements – Skills, Experience Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Quality Engineering or related technical field (industrial, mechanical, chemical, production, electronics). /li li3–5 years of experience in a QHSE, HSE or Quality role within manufacturing or industrial environments. /li liStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques. /li liProven experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ISO 9001 knowledge required. /li liKnowledge of Quality tools (Inspection Test Plans, audits, non-conformity management). /li liAbility to perform hands-on analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving in operational environments. /li liStrong attitude towards safety, prevention and continuous improvement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
