We are seeking a brilliant, results-driven Director of Houses to lead the strategic management of our prestigious portfolio of luxury houses. The Director will take full ownership of budgets, P&L, and reporting, and will establish best-in-class procedures and standards that reflect the Bolza family's heritage of luxury and sustainability. The ideal candidate will not be involved in daily operational tasks, which will be managed by a dedicated team of House Managers, Service Agents and Housekeeping; he/she will focus on higher-level strategic initiatives, mentoring this team, overseeing the overall performance, and ensuring that each house provides a remarkable experience for our house owners and guests. As the Reschio Brand Ambassador, the Director will lead with integrity, elevate the brand's values of authenticity, and promote a refined, sustainable style in alignment with Reschio 's long-term goals. This role involves an ability to shape the future of Reschio 's operations while nurturing a collaborative, empowered environment for the team. The Director will work closely with the executive team and family Bolza to set and implement key operational strategies, maintain high performance standards, and finally preserve and enhance the value of our real estate investments.

Proven track record in luxury property management or high-end hospitality, with experience leading teams and managing multi-property operations.Strong expertise in managing budgets, P&L, financial analysis and cost control, with a keen understanding of the financial dynamics in the luxury hospitality sector.Expertise in establishing and enforcing operational procedures and service standards that align with luxury expectations.Fluent in English, with Italian as a native language.Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.High-level proficiency in PMS (Protel knowledge is a plus), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Competitive salary, company car and private accommodation for one year. xpavfwmWell-being initiatives (team gym, yoga, social events, and welfare measures).
