Global Media Specialist (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Search Strategy, Implementation and Monitoring : Develop and refine an integrated global search strategy (SEM and SEO), supporting markets in the implementation and monitor performance.
* Reporting and Analysis : Produce regular, in-depth reports on media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to measure campaign success.
* Innovation : Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, global scalability, and new growth opportunities based on global search trend analytics.
* Training and Trends Monitoring : Provide training sessions and resources to local teams to enhance their understanding of media.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Media, Search or Data Analysis
* Strong analytical mind, a passion for data-driven marketing, and expertise in managing paid search and digital media campaigns across platforms
* Advanced knowledge of the Google ecosystem (Ads, GA4, Trends...) and strong Excel skills for data analysis
* Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
* Global Mindset: Working in an international environment
