EMEA Retail Excellence Internship | Milan For our EMEA Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our Retail Excellence team supporting in optimizing sales strategies and generating new business opportunities.If you are passionate about retail and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity for you!We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of: - Supporting the Regional team in designing and implementing optimization initiatives in EMEA countries - Delivering analysis to generate business insights in a complex framework - Supporting the team to nurturing relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for retail performance analysis - Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations You are the right person if you: - Hold a Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar - Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills - Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI is a plus - Are fluent in English What else?Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer: - 6 months internship in our EMEA Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133 - Competitive monthly reimbursement.: - Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!). - Smartworking?
