As Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our team to be the point of contact in a B2B environment. You have a caring attitude, understand customer centricity and the ability to translate customers needs into effective solutions. You are either an accomplished professional or at the start of your career, either way you are a good team player willing to growth in a dynamic environment.
How Will You Contribute
First point of contact for Italian and European customers
Accurate management of customer orders up to fulfilment
Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal order
Manage commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Area Manager, Logistic and Accounting Offices
Handling of claims and information requests coming from clients
Reporting Activities
Who You Are
You are a professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and technicalities.
You Have
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Fluency in English. Any additional language is an advantage
Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Ability to interact with business functions and customers
Bachelor’s Degree (not mandatory)
