Retail Operations ManagerResponsible for the full-process management of retail operations within the designated region, building a standardized regional retail operations system.
Lead the implementation of retail VM strategies, manage retail projects, oversee retail system maintenance and data analysis, and collaborate with retail teams across different countries to drive target achievement, ensuring the efficient, standardized, and sustainable development of regional retail business.Job Responsibilities
Retail VM Management: Develop and iterate regional unified retail VM standards, visual guidelines, and display strategies.
Optimize display/experience solutions by incorporating local market consumer habits, shopping journeys, and store scenarios.
Guide and supervise the implementation of display standards in regional retail stores, conduct regular display audits, training, and reviews to enhance store visual imagery and merchandise display efficiency, thereby facilitating terminal sales conversion.Retail Project Management: Lead retail operations management tasks, formulate project strategies and execution plans, follow up on implementation progress, and ensure project outcomes and sales targets are met.Retail System and Data Management: Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, permission management, and process optimization of the regional retail operations system to ensure system stability.
Establish a regional retail data monitoring system;
collect, organize, and analyze core retail data (sales, inventory, conversion, etc.) across countries;
output data review reports;
identify operational issues through data insights;
and propose targeted optimization solutions to provide data-driven support for business decision-making.
Cross-Regional Team Coordination: Liaise with retail execution teams within the region, establish efficient communication mechanisms, and coordinate work progress and resource allocation.
Proactively resolve issues arising during retail operations, promote cross-regional and cross-departmental project synergy, and ensure the integrated advancement of regional retail operations.
Operational Process Optimization and Capability Improvement: Streamline and improve regional retail operation management policies and workflows, and promote the standardization and refinement of operations.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in terminal and project management;
experience in cross-national regional retail operations coordination or multi-country retail business management is preferred.
Familiarity with retail industry operational logic, display management, new product planning, and retail data systems.Possess excellent project management skills, capable of independently coordinating cross-regional retail projects and controlling project progress and execution quality.Proficient in various retail operations systems and office software;
skilled in data organization, analysis, and report generation, with a mindset for data-driven operations.Language Skills: Proficiency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing.Strong sense of responsibility, with good stress management, execution capability, and team management awareness.
