Your expertise in sales processes, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration will contribute to enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of the sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with the AGL Sales Managers in building the sales team level sales tactics, goals and mechanisms /li liLead the Rhythm of Business for support sales team have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the managers /li liDevelop a robust metrics to monitor the performance and execute on initiative to drive efficiency improvement /li liAssist Sales Managers in forecasting, pipeline management and reviews /li liGenerate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent /li liExperience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. /li liExperience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools /li liExperience presenting to senior leadership /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
