Your responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets for cloud services
- Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud applications and configurations
- Bring up complex cases to R&D; when needed
- Communicate clearly and empathetically via email, chat, and phone
- Guide users on guidelines for cloud product usage
- Ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-ups
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Share customer insights to influence product development
Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain internal/external knowledge base articles
- Contribute to FAQs, user guides, and training materials
- Stay up-to-date on cloud offerings, tools, and support processes
Your Ideal Profile:
We are not looking for perfection, but strong potential and a solid foundation. Do you recognize yourself in these characteristics?
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Under 30 years old, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Internship within technical support or customer service (cloud preferred) is a plus
- Familiarity with networking, Linux/Windows OS, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with AWS (plus Azure or Google Cloud is a premio) as a plus
- Understanding of cloud services: VMs, storage, networking, identity management is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dedicated, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Eligible to work in Italy
