About the Role: Reporting to the Global Physical Security Manager of the Group, the Security Coordinator ITALY/EMEA/AMERICAS/APAC will be accountable for the development and execution of the organization’s region security risk management strategy and related programs. S/he will be responsible for all the physical security activities and Security Policies and Procedures at a regional level. In this position, s/he will safeguard Coesia people and assets and, will mitigate physical risk, working with the Business Units to help them manage their security risks and providing regional security teams with the necessary standards, processes and guidance to ensure consistent implementation of established security programs, whilst serving as the focal point for enterprise-wide security and resilience. S/he will participate in the Security Investigation in case of need. Responsibilities: Coordination of all Physical and Access Control activities within the perimeter of one of the following ITALY/EMEA/AMERICAS/APAC regions. Ensure the fulfillment of the corporate security policies/guidelines/requirements in each Country and supervision of all their amendments and revisions. Elaboration and dissemination of all relevant Security reports to management, employees and subcontractors. Participation, and, if that is the case, conduction of all internal and external audits on behalf of Coesia Global Physical Security Manager. Participation in all pre-bid meetings in coordination with the procurement dept; responsible for verifying that contractors (for all physical security aspects) quality requirements are duly specified to vendors and contractors’ documentation submittals. Review the quality inspections, personnel qualifications and training requirements related to the contracted Security providers. Preparation of security plans, Standard Operating Procedures and any other guidelines and processes in accordance with the corporate guidelines and local laws. Fulfill the strategies provided by the Global Physical Security Manager, processes and procedures for monitoring, reporting and responding security related incidents. Keep threat, risk and vulnerability assessment for all business activities. Following the Incident management subject. What You Need to Be Successful: Minimum 3-5 years in Law Enforcement or Army Units or Private Security. Minimum of a high school Diploma or a bachelor’s degree/master’s degree, preferably in international affairs, political science, law or similar. Experience in emergency handling, global intelligence or physical security. Experience in writing report relating and with policy implementation. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Dedication, strong ability to work as a teammate as well as independently with a proactive and positive attitude. Flexibility and adaptability, able to work in frequently changing situations (e.g. emergencies). Availability to travel internationally.
