MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement locally Communications & PR strategies in line with the Global brand directions, capturing both traditional and online/social media platform to ensure a full activation of all channels to deliver greater impact locally.
Interface to the Communication & Image Department of our company headquarters in Italy as well as close cooperation with the brand managers in China.
Analyse and report continuously the Chinese market and competitor’s brand strategies to find the best solution to activate communication plan in line with the vision of the company in the market and worldwide.
Leverage strong media network and relationships to maximize brand exposure creating connection with different key contacts (celebrities, manager, media, suppliers and partners in the market).
Managing ambassador’s plans, celebrities and KOL shooting and project based collaboration in the market to grant the exposure of the brand on communication channels.
Implementation of brand-specific and KPI-based campaigns from planning to implementation, in line with our international communication strategy.
Ensuring good cooperation with influencers, the press and organizing the shoots with models/ambassadors of the brands. Plan & conduct media event and press trips and events internationally and locally.
Manage social accounts and content development/promotional calendar align with marketing timeline, commercial and e-com activities Develop all the necessary marketing materials related to socials media channels and e-commerce in stores.
Creation of presentations and data-based planning documents for the development and subsequent operational implementation of innovative and relevant content
Represent the Calzedonia Group in appropriate industry, media and public forums. Maintaining and establishing contacts with relevant media and press representatives.
Effectively manage agencies, ongoing evaluation and, if necessary, renegotiation of contracts with cooperation partners.
Optimize communication flow between internal departments and provide them with appropriate communications materials to support their needs.
All administrative activities related to this position.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Working experience in fashion or retail companies and/or social media agencies and/or press offices and/or communication/advertising agencies.
Strong written and verbal communicator with outstanding written and spoken English.
Passionate of fashion world and fashion trends.
Have strong understanding of the China marketing/communication landscape as well as the capability to understand international DNA.
Have in-depth knowledge in relevant experience in dealing with Communication and/or PR and/or Social and/or channels and/or media.
Comfortable working in an environment where openness, optimistic, pragmatic, organized, accountability and collaboration is critical to success.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, ability to work/lead team and meeting deadlines;
Confident providing counsel to executives.
