ProfileMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.Preferred experience in both menswear and ladieswear fashion retailStrong CRM knowledge and clienteling mindsetComfortable with sales performance analysis and turning insights into actionsA passion for quality craftsmanship, timeless fashion, and refined aestheticsExcellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skillsCreative, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of a new product category
