**Who we are looking for?**
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our footprint and engagement in the digital world. The goal is to enhance B2B engagement to gain trust in the market with authentic and relevant content in the market. This should lead to a better conversion within our Sales Funnel and generate organic leads in the long run. Starting with our company website and social profiles, this will lead from a content strategy to finally generating blog content with an SEO and Performance Marketing strategy.
You will need to understand how to. You will be supported with a Content & Creative Manager for the visuals and media to be created. You should be proficient in the common B2B marketing, especially LinkedIn. You have been working on content strategies and content creation before, because the role requires a high level knowledge in Social Media Marketing, SEO, keyword research, content marketing and performance reporting.
**Responsibilities**
- Define target groups, generate and present relevant content adjusted to the platforms and channels
- Build and execute social media and content strategy through competitive research, platform determination and community engagement
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Oversee, edit, publish and share daily content on the various channels
- Overseeing and engaging in Community Management across all our Social Media Channels
- Generate a visual strategy and design approvals for Brand Values, Voice and Culture
- Approve marketing copy to promote our services in collaboration of a Content/Copywriter
- Ensure all-around consistency of branding and voice (style, fonts, images etc.)
- Optimize LinkedIn footprint of SPACE44 and Team as most important B2B tool
**Requirements**:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar
- Experience in Brand and Digital Strategy
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles and online channels
- Positive attitude, detail with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in keyword search
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Having a modern Remote Team working style and workspace setup (Hardware setup, Productivity Apps and widgets, use of shortcuts, etc.)
