Job Purpose
Customer Development (CD), our Sales organization, works closely with customers to pioneer new products, build categories, and deploy retail and shopper capabilities. This role supports the commercial leadership of the Beauty & Wellbeing category in Italy.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel and category plans for B&W; to achieve commercial objectives across multiple channels, including price list definition, promotional strategy, and monitoring.
Create strategies to increase market share in black and white segments.
