We are looking for a Project Manager with a software or systems background to join the R&D department in Bologna.
The role involves leading cross-functional and international teams and managing R&D projects from concept to start of production, ensuring alignment with time, quality, scope, and cost targets in accordance with Toyota processes.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in Project Management, software R&D environments is a plus
* Experience with software development lifecycle (Agile or hybrid models)
* Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) are a plus
* Proficient in using Git and DevOps, to maintain stable, collaborative, and efficient R&D codebases is a plus
* Fluent in English
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
* Organized, proactive, and structured mindse
Key Responsibilities
* Lead R&D projects
* Coordinate the work of R&D teams (software, electronic, mechanic) with other corporate functions throughout the project development process.
* Plan, monitor, and report project activities and milestones
* Ensure alignment with Toyota New Product Development processes
* Support continuous improvement of project management practices
