We are looking for an experienced Production Planner from the Coffee IndustryLa Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experienced Production Planner (m/f/d) to join our production team.Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio, covering coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging.To support our continued growth, we are specifically searching for a Production Planner with at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry who understands the complexity of planning industrial coffee production environments.Your Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedulesAlign production planning with sales forecasts, demand and inventory levelsCoordinate production capacity across roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging linesMonitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilizationEnsure raw material availability and smooth production flowWork closely with production, procurement, logistics and quality teamsContinuously improve production planning processes and efficiency
Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in the coffee industryExperience with coffee roasting, coffee capsule production or coffee packaging operationsStrong understanding of industrial coffee manufacturing processesExperience working with ERP or production planning systemsAnalytical, structured and solution-oriented working styleAbility to coordinate complex multi-line production environments
Industry experience in companies such asLavazza, Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Segafredo, Kimbo, Vergnano or similar coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.What We Offer
