Position Summary
We don’t just clean rooms and make beds; we create memorable experiences for our guests. Guest Environment Experts are highly skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, such as delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities.
To succeed, you will ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communications. You will spend extended periods on your feet, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. This hands‑on approach is essential for delivering the best service to our guests and business each day.
