Description The Maximo Utility Working Group is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights that will help shape our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, document project specifications, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating project performance, conducting feasibility studies, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will also assist in the development of user documentation and training materials to support system implementations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance metrics. Assist in the creation of project documentation including business cases, process maps, and user stories. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Support the implementation of new systems and processes, providing training and documentation as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail. Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with experience in working with databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
