Job Description
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in managing dining room operations. Responsibilities include:
* Working operationally in the dining room during service
* Coordinating staff and supporting the General Manager
* Optimizing sales through effective upselling techniques
* Analyzing and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Mandatory requirements include:
* English language proficiency at level B2
* A basic understanding of Portuguese is highly desirable
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of €1,800-€2,000 net per month. The contract is fixed-term, with the possibility of permanent employment.
