Your Daily Challenges
* Craft high-quality, scalable, and testable code.
* Contribute to technical solutions and development planning.
* Provide accurate timeframes and technical task assessments.
* Produce robust unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
* Collaborate in an Agile environment, sharing ideas and expertise.
What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) for effective communication with Italian-speaking teams and clients.
* Solid experience in Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
* 4+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE development.
* Hands-on expertise with the Spring ecosystem.
* Knowledge of relational databases and ORMs.
* Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Git).
* Basic knowledge of frontend tools such as JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, or Angular, will be a plus.
