Overview
CRITICAL RESULTS- Deliver to the Sales organization coherent, timely, and consistent financial analyses that support decision-making and that stimulate discussions on business trends and financial issues. Become a business advisor and coach to the Sales organization on all financial aspects.
Develop / maintain / improve reporting and analytical capabilities by providing accurate financial data, impactful business analyses, and relevant KPI reporting to drive business results and target measurement / achievement.
In close collaboration with the rest of the Finance organization, arrange the planning process for the AP and financial Forecasts, support Monthly and Quarter close, and drive HQ financial reporting requirements.
Deliver accurate prices’ and margin’s management, assuring all Finance / Sales / Merch decisions are correctly reflected into the ERP; Deliver prices’ and cogs analysis on regular basis. Be the first POC within the organization for all prices / costs cases.
Continually review / improve business planning and financial reporting decisions / processes so that they are efficient, financially sound, and effectively controlled in order to protect the company´s interests.
Perform various ad-hoc analyses and actively participate on numerous cross functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver coherent, timely, and consistent financial analyses for the Sales organization to support decision-making and discussions on business trends and financial issues.
* Act as a business advisor and coach to the Sales organization on all financial aspects.
* Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analytical capabilities with accurate financial data, impactful analyses, and KPI reporting to drive results and target achievement.
* Collaborate with the Finance organization to plan AP and financial forecasts, support monthly and quarterly close, and meet HQ reporting requirements.
* Manage pricing and margins, ensure Finance/Sales/Merch decisions are reflected in the ERP, and provide regular pricing and COGS analyses. Serve as the first point of contact for price/cost cases.
* Review and improve planning and financial reporting processes to be efficient, financially sound, and properly controlled.
* Perform ad-hoc analyses and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
* Education : University degree in Economics, Engineering, Applied Economics or equivalent
* Strong numeracy literature and system knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office packs
* Good written and spoken English
* Work Experience : 2+ years relevant experience in international and dynamic environments
