 
        
        Cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we're looking for Experienced Developers ready to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor others.
You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential.
What You'll Do
 * Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations
 * Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
 * Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.)
 * Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
 * Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
 * Ensure alignment with ITIL and best practices
What We're Looking For
 * 3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)
 * CSA certification required, additional certifications are a strong plus
 * Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
 * Fluent in Italian and English
 * Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting (JavaScript)
 * Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder
 * Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
 * Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentation
 * Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player
