As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy. /p h3Let’s Talk about the Role /h3 pAs a Tooling Associate, you’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring the right tools are in the right place at the right time. You’ll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, organizing and dispatching toolkits used across our global field projects. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hands‑on, detail‑oriented environment and want to be part of a world‑class execution team supporting energy infrastructure projects around the world. /p pThis is an entry‑level role offering on‑the‑job training and development within a dynamic, safety‑focused warehouse and tooling environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and grow your skills while directly contributing to the success of our field operations. /p h3How You Will Make a Difference /h3 ul liMaintain safety and cleanliness standards across warehouse and toolkit operations /li liCoordinate, label, inspect, and package tools for field project deployment /li liPerform quality control checks to ensure all kits meet project requirements /li liInventory, clean, and relabel returned kits for reuse /li liIdentify and report missing, damaged, or non‑functional tools /li liSupport tool calibration and documentation processes /li liUtilize forklift and container lifts to safely move equipment (if certified) /li liCollaborate across departments to align with project schedules and outage needs /li liMonitor and request restocks of tooling inventory as needed /li liAdhere to all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines and procedures /li /ul h3Special Role Requirements /h3 ul liAbility and willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs /li liAvailability to work holidays, weekends and overtime based on assignments /li liCapability to handle repetitive lifting of up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and perform physical warehouse tasks /li /ul h3Skills for Success /h3 pYou should be fluent in English and bring strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to day‑to‑day responsibilities. You will also have: /p ul liA high school diploma or equivalent /li li0–2 years of experience in tooling, warehousing, logistics, or related field /li liFamiliarity with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Email, Internet) /li liA strong sense of ownership and attention to detail /li liA customer‑first attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or vocational training in logistics, engineering, or industrial maintenance /li liForklift certification and prior experience in a technical or power generation environment /li /ul h3We’re Determined to Be the Best Place to Grow /h3 pAt FieldCore, people come first.
