PpWe are looking for a CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST to join our Gastrointestinal business unit, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead GI for the South. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide clinical support to physicians and ward staff in the correct and safe use of our endoscopic instruments during patient demos. /li liOrganise and manage training for healthcare operators to ensure proper understanding and application of endoscopic instruments. /li liCollect and analyse feedback and clinical data from HCPs to support issue resolution or improve device utilisation. /li liParticipate in medical congresses, medical expert training, and society training events with full management of exhibition spaces, event organization, and live endoscopy in team with sales force and Product Manager. /li liMaintain communication with sales organisation (Area Sales Manager, Agency TM) for field activity planning and support bid preparation. /li liManage CRM to update dashboards and assigned KPIs for products and performance. /li liProvide post‑sales support to customers, answering queries and resolving issues related to product use. /li liSupport marketing to carry out market analysis and comparison with competition. /li liManage demo instrumentation of the reference line and samples in compliance with Company policies. /li liProvide support for testing activities and Service Dept on specific products/customers. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience of 1–2 years in a product specialist role. /li liGood knowledge of the main Office applications (Excel, Word) and of primary IT and/or management systems. /li liStrong technical knowledge of the relevant sector. /li liExcellent communication, relational skills, motivation and tenacity to pursue set goals; great organisational ability, ability to work under pressure, and team orientation. /li liExcellent English language knowledge. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liBuild for the Future /li liDeliver Results /li liLead People /li liLead Self /li liModel and champion Our Core Values /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompany Car: an auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo as part of the benefit package for business roles nationwide. /li liBirthday Leave: a paid day off on your birthday. /li liHybrid Working: a hybrid model combining office and remote work days. /li liLearning Development: a comprehensive program including courses, workshops, e‑learning platforms and conference participation. /li liCorporate Volunteer Activities: opportunity to participate in corporate volunteering and CSR initiatives. /li liPsychological Support: a confidential professional psychological support service. /li liCareer growth opportunities: mentoring, personalised career plans and periodic performance reviews. /li liSalary: bCCNL Commercio /b and bAnnual Gross Salary (RAL) of €40,000‑€50,000 on 14 months /b, comprising a fixed amount and a variable component, determined by experience, skills and autonomy level. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
