About the role
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end performance and management of the supply chain across multiple micro-brands. They will work closely with micro-brand business teams, procurement team and senior management to spearhead inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Create and execute effective monthly and quarterly planning cycles with business and operational stakeholders
* Design, develop and maintain scalable reports to track progress towards plans
* Optimize capacity for the business by balancing operational flexibility and cost efficiency
* Oversee the population of weekly supply chain metrics and callouts
* Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with business and operations teams
* Identify / Implement capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency
* Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting
* Provide critical thinking and influence cross functionally on streamlining processes
* Coordinate with finance teams to maintain and update plans
Qualifications
* 1+ years of relevant experience working in a data-driven role, with Supply Chain exposure
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field
* 6+ months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
* Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
* Excellent business judgement and strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a high energy / pace environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
