Michael Page As Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the companys HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals. You will lead all core HR functions across the group, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, and Compliance.
Define and implement the Group HR strategy, in line with business priorities;
Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes, focusing on hiring top tech and business talent;
Drive performance management, learning & development, and career pathing;
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws in all relevant geographies;
Promote and sustain a strong, inclusive, and engaging company culture;
Manage the HR team (local and remote, where applicable);
Proven experience (5-10+ years) as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Head of HR in a tech or innovation-driven environment;
Strong understanding of modern HR practices and people analytics;
Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations (e.g., startup or scale-up experience).
Fluent English skills.
