Experteer Overview
As a Manufacturing Planner, you will manage medium- to long-term project planning to ensure on-time, cost-efficient fabrication. You’ll align engineering sequences with resource availability and production calendars, work with the Component Delivery Manager to optimize schedules, and develop recovery plans when deviations occur. Based onsite in Monfalcone, Italy, you’ll help the team meet milestones while maintaining safety and quality standards.

* Develop and maintain the Project Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences from Manufacturing Engineers
* Assign lead times and resources to operations to meet customer milestones
* Identify and monitor critical path and support recovery actions with the Component Delivery Manager
* Control and expedite project execution, tracking progress and deviations
* Prepare planning outputs like schedules, workload analyses, and variance reports
* Identify bottlenecks and propose mitigation or recovery actions
* Support timely decision-making to ensure continuity of operations
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk, and security policies
Responsabilità
* Bachelor or Master in Engineering preferred
* 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning (Junior level)
* Experience as a Manufacturing/Production Planner in an industrial environment
* Working knowledge of ERP systems
* Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Project, Word) and Primavera or similar scheduling software
* Experience working in a team to support Project Managers and Operations Managers
* English proficiency at an intermediate level
