The main tasks of the Facility Specialist are:
Supporting the accurate planning of routine maintenance and services related to both internal and external areas of the logistics platform
Managing breakdowns and anomalies
Supervising suppliers within the logistics platform and verifying the quality of assigned work
Scheduling and coordinating periodic inspections and checks of systems, equipment, and vehicles
Procuring tools and materials
Monitoring temperatures in refrigerated areas
Ensuring proper functioning of systems and safety equipment
Preparing and analyzing reports
Supporting cost analysis, optimization, and system management
Participating in energy-saving project management
The requirements to fill the job offer as a Facility Specialist are:
Degree in a technical-managerial field (Management Engineering, Building Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, )
Knowledge of both English and Italian is a must
Previous experience in the Facility sector in structured companies will be considered an asset
High propensity for problem solving
