Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders. - Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live - Oversee different project phases to guarantee that the system implemented meets performance and functional requirements. - Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or related fields. - 5 years of experience managing international and high complex IT projects - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Attitude to work in team in dynamic contests. - Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Past experiences with Salesforce implementation projects is a very nice to have. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. - Fluency in English
