Manages and maintains accurate country level plans. Ensures timely communication bidirectionally between the global and local study team. Cluster focused stakeholder management. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for documented review for reports/issues written by the CRAs/Lead CRAs. /li liDrives recruitment at regional/country level. /li liResponsible for local country vendor management and oversight (as applicable). /li liDrives data cleaning at regional/country level. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liHebrew fluency. /li liPrevious experience with Israeli sites and knowledge of Israeli RA contacts and regulatory and submissions processes. /li liAt least 3 years of previous experience as Clinical Trial Manager. /li /ul h3Background Expertise /h3 ul liPreferably with historical CRA or strong site-level experience. /li liSolid understanding of site operations and dynamics. /li /ul h3Start-Up Phase Experience /h3 ul liInvolvement in site selection, feasibility assessments, timeline planning, and recruitment support. /li liExperience working with vendors during study setup. /li /ul h3Conduct Phase Responsibilities /h3 ul liAbility to support the study team during audits, inspections, and query resolution. /li liStrong leadership skills to manage complex or challenging conversations. /li liExperience in Oncology field and across different study phases is highly preferred. /li /ul h3Local Knowledge Language /h3 ul liDeep understanding of local (Israeli) regulatory and ethics processes. /li liFluency in Hebrew. /li /ul h3Get to know Syneos Health /h3 pOver the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients. The position as defined by scope provides leadership, problem-solving, mentoring, and technical support to the Clinical Operations team to ensure compliance with the monitoring plan as well as ensures timeliness and quality of deliverables within the specified budget.
