With more than 1000 clients across the globe we have been rolling out solutions in major projects since 2007 – this is made possible by an international team of 7600 people spread across 5 continents and more than 60 countries. Our solutions focus on four different Business Lines: Information System & Digital, Telecom, Life Sciences and Engineering. Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience and skills but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris Consulting: our culture, our roots, our teams and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario etc.

Your missions
* Define the project charter to align scope, timeline, quality, budget, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
* Develop and maintain the overall project plan and governance structure
* Manage day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensure adherence to plans
* Identify internal and external resource needs and manage assigned resources
* Monitor stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication with Client Executives and IT teams
* Ensure quality of project management deliverables in line with best practices
* Track and manage risks and issues with effective mitigation plans
* Monitor and report project progress, costs, benefits, and scope changes using Service Now
* Close the project ensuring proper evaluation and lessons learned with business partners
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience
* 5+ years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines along with a strong background in Project Management, Finance &
* Budgeting
* A good understanding and experience with different content management systems
* A good knowledge about global Retail & Commerce services
* Experience in preparation Request For Proposal (RFP)
* Ability to work with key stakeholders to manage global projects
* Expertise in working with multiple diverse technologies, managing diverse IT projects, and a good understanding of project management
* framework
* Project governance experience demonstrating deep subject matter expertise in managing complex projects
* Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) will be a plus
* Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
* Above-average organization and prioritization skills
* Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences, as well as
* temperaments and personalities
* Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
