About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivatedOracle Database Administrator (DBA)to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for theinstallation, configuration, optimization, security, and maintenanceof Oracle databases while ensuring high availability, strong performance, and a secure data environment.
You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver robust and scalable database solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintainOracle standalone and RAC databases.
Manage databaseusers, roles, privileges, and security policies.
Develop and implementbackup and disaster recovery strategiesusing RMAN and Data Pump.
Work extensively withOracle 12c/19c Multitenant architecture, including CDB and PDB.
Perform ongoingperformance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database incidents and performance issues.
Ensure robustdatabase security, compliance, and auditing.
Maintain operational visibility throughreports, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and design optimized database solutions.
Define and documentdatabase standards, best practices, and performance models.
Reduce database downtime and optimize parameters for faster query responses.
Collaborate with internal and external support teams to meet SLA and KPI expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience as anOracle Database Administrator.
Expertise withOracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, Exadata, andOracle DBCS.
Experience withOCI Database Migrationtools.
Strong knowledge ofOracle 12c/19c Multitenant architecture (CDB/PDB).
Solid understanding ofperformance tuning, queries, indexes, and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
