The AM is responsible for managing the relevant AIT Work Packages / Cost Accounts and coordinating AIT activities throughout the program lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesManage relevant AIT Work Packages / Cost Accounts ensuring cost aspects align with the Program Manager and company systems.Coordinate and plan all AIT activities, evaluating and implementing corrective actions or changes per program directives and requirements.Monitor and request proper documentation and input availability from other company departments for AIT activities.Monitor and request proper HW / SW availability from other departments for AIT activities.Participate in relevant production planning sessions (e.G., Plan De Production).Act as liaison with engineering teams for AIT activity implementation.Participate in program reviews and meetings as required for AIT activities.Procure and coordinate integration and test facilities, ensuring logistic aspects meet program requirements.Define, produce, and validate Test Application SW (test sequences, EGSE DB, support, and processing tools) for AIT activities.Define, specify, produce, follow‑on, and accept GSE for relevant AIT use.Design, manufacture, and procure Test Equipment and Instrumentation per program requirements.Ensure the use/maintenance/certification of AIT tools, including support equipment and GSE.Conduct integration and test activities in compliance with approved procedures and team references.Ensure AIT documentation availability for program use (plans, test reports, etc.).Prepare the AIT Major Program Report (MPR) and weekly reports.Coordinate weekly synthetic schedules and WL aspects with different AIT disciplines.Prepare and execute the AIT Launch Campaign and coordinate required quotations (changes, bids) with the BID team and AIT Competence Center Director.About You – Education & ExperienceEngineering Master’s degree in electronics, aerospace, or related field.Fluent in English; basic French knowledge an advantage.At least 5 years of experience in space environment management, with proven track record in schedule, cost, quality, and personnel management.Skills & KnowledgeProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.).Knowledge of MES/Primavera an advantage.IPMA certification.Lean methods knowledge.Personal AbilitiesAbility to interface effectively with stakeholders.Team orientation and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.Strong planning and prioritization skills.Organized, methodical approach with excellent communication skills.Resilience under stress and ability to meet time and cost constraints.Analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.Availability for shift work, weekends, and travel as required.Benefits & Career OpportunitiesThales Alenia Space employs over 8,900 people across 10 countries.
