The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found. About the role: Directs and controls the activities of the Spa, Fitness Center, and Salon teams. Ensures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied, and problems are promptly resolved. Takes actions that maximize the profit of the department. What you will do: Be a part of the pre-opening team Provide outstanding leadership and direction for Spa, Fitness, and Salon facilities. Recruit, interview, and select certified therapists, nail technicians, estheticians, spa receptionists, hair stylists, and attendants with appropriate credentials and training. Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines. Establish treatment protocols for cutting-edge spa treatments and massage therapies, conducting professional training and ensuring compliance with Four Seasons service standards, utilizing a high degree of Spa product knowledge to develop indigenous and specialized treatments that will distinguish our Spa from the competition. Manage the Spa and Fitness facility fiscally with skills in budgeting, forecasting, yield management, utilization, menu management, and retail management. Market our Spa and Fitness facility as a world-renowned Spa, generating positive PR and awards in publications such as Conde Nast, Travel and Leisure, and Spa Magazine in an environment of growing competition. Conduct interviews with media and appear in television interviews as needed. Order and maintain inventories for operational and retail supplies. Train staff in effective sales techniques to increase treatment and retail revenues. Maintain compliance with all Health Code and Licensing requirements of Florida. Respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation. Resolve all serious guest interactions professionally and capably. What you will bring: Training and credentials, including a degree or equivalent, in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or Exercise Physiology. Minimum of three years Spa management experience, preferably five years in a similar role. Experience in luxury hospitality/spa is required. Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills. Ability to work any scheduled days and times, including holidays, based on business needs. Excellent service attitude and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
