The candidate joining the Human Capital Cost Control, Data and Operations will supporttheteamin:
* Manage the monitoring and reporting of workforce data
* Perform data gathering, cleansing, reconciliation and analysis to provide HR managers with an updated view on workforce status and evolution
* Proactively design and propose ways to standardize, streamline and automate workforce data collection
* Manage all the workforce-related reporting activities to Generali’s Group Head Office and other Generali Investments stakeholders (Finance, Operations, etc.)
* Support the development of PowerBI dashboards and other HR analytics tools
* Process ad-hoc HR-related requests and perform analyses for a variety of stakeholders within the Business Unit
* Support in the management, planning & control of compensation costs across GIH entities (over 500m€)
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
* Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and impactful way
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Feeling for numbers, ability to process data to drive business outcomes
* Attention to details and ability to identify and solve problems
* Fluency in English
* Fluency in Italian is nice-to-have but not mandatory
