What you will do
1. You will support communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits by using specific tools
2. You will support the coordination and follow-up Service Contract execution and Service Contract fulfilment, and actively participate in related activities.
3. You will lead customer inquiries, respond and channel it into the organization including technical issues.
4. You will participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control
5. You will be involved in ordering process by managing Spare Parts orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring proper service delivery.
We believe you have
6. Active university student status in Italy for the following six months
7. Fluent English and Italian
8. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
9. SAP R3 knowledge as a plus.
10. To be accurate, details-oriented and well-structured.
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills
12. To be an organised customer-oriented person
13. To be able understand the business and work as a team player
