Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: /pul liGreet and assist all guest as soon as they come in. /li liManage all operations involving the customer#39;s visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services. /li liRespond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each request. /li liEnsure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards. /li liIn coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints. /li liEnsure the good communication and coordination between the hotel#39;s departments (Housekeeping, and FB). /li liCoordinate security at the front desk in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings. /li liParticipate in the management of the hotel#39;s general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails. /li liAssist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time. /li liEnsure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant. /li liEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. /li /ul pstrongABOUT YOU /strong /p pAs a Night Auditor, you will represent the hotel during nighttime operations and work closely with other team members.
