Opportunity for a Mandarin speaking & Italian speaking professional to join a global leading solar & renewable energy manufacturing company, as sales support specialist/ Sales support Manager, based on experience. Location: RemoteContract : tempo pieno, consultant contract (at the moment company, the company does not have a local entity, so the role will be offered on a consultancy contract basis.)
Support sales representatives across different European countries by continuously tracking all open orders and proactively addressing potential delays or issues.Work closely with the sales support and finance departments to monitor order payments and resolve any payment-related discrepancies.Maintain accurate transaction records in the company's ERP/CRM systems and ensure proper documentation in line with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.Prepare reports related to order status, delivery performance, and customer service levels.Provide additional customer service and sales-related support as required.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Italian.
