For the HR Department, we are looking for a: VERONELLA HR PLANT MANAGER The resource, in order to support the plant manager, will be responsible for: Define and develop a corporate culture that values employees to achieve better work performance. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations at the plant. Manage the company budget and related personnel costs. Define recruitment plans based on the company's needs and oversee the entire search and selection process. Conduct strategic workforce planning by analyzing internal talent shortages and planning recruitment initiatives to meet organizational goals. Manage employee performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback processes. Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access deactivation, and final pay and benefits processing. Manage trade union relations and professional associations, including defining and implementing trade union policies. Participate actively in union negotiations and drafting agreements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and communicate union agreements to HR and Admin. Collaborate with management and HR directors on complex litigation issues. Ensure correct application of collective labor agreements and labor law rules related to employment contracts. Plan and coordinate training activities to improve employee performance. Coordinate with department heads to enhance business productivity. Manage employee relations. The person will be supported by the Corporate team for all People development activities. Requirements of the position: Degree in Law, Economics, Commerce, or Humanities. Minimum of 5-6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Alignment of HR policies with company objectives. Proficiency in English. Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SAP.
