Purpose of Job: This role has two primary elements: leading the Supply Chain organization at the ILSA sites, including production planning, logistics, and procurement; and driving the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the ILSA Global business. The position is crucial for ensuring the availability of finished goods to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and supply chain costs. Main Responsibilities: Manage the supply chain team (3-4 direct reports), driving improvements in supply chain maturity and employee development. Oversee all Supply Chain operations at the Ilsa sites (Arzignano and Molfetta), including procurement, warehousing, logistics, plant scheduling, and re-supply planning. Lead the Integrated Business Planning process, including Portfolio Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review, in coordination with cross-functional teams. Implement projects utilizing Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud applications (Oracle Demand Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Oracle S&OP Cloud) to analyze demand, recommend actions, and coordinate work order releases. Coordinate with Plant Operations, Customer Care, Logistics, Warehousing, and the Commercial team to align expectations, execute plans, and address gaps. Work closely with procurement to ensure Material Requirement Planning (MRP) aligns with production plans, ensuring materials are available on time and in full. Requirements & Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing, including MRP and TMS tools. Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain areas: planning, logistics, procurement. Experience with TMS tools, MRP/S&OP processes. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent. APICS/ASCM - CPIM certification required or willing to obtain within 12 months. Fluent in English and Italian (speaking and writing). Proven leadership and team development skills. High integrity, adaptability, business acumen, and organizational skills.
