We are looking for a Process Engineer.
Objective of the position is to optimize the production process for assembly lines.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Managing the design of layouts in the production area
* Studying assembly solutions and workstation ergonomics
* Working on prototypes/pre-series of new products with the aim of optimizing the product, defining the best assembly sequence, cycle times and the development of necessary equipment
* Participating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects
* Preparing documentation to support production and safety instructions
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
* At least five years of experience in the role
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and projects
* Knowledge of the assembly process
* Creativity and problem solving
* Excellent analytical and priority management skills
* Ability to work in team and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
* Experience in a manufactory multi-site company
* Specific technical knowledge in the relevant sector
* Experience in company with internal metalwork department
