A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. /p h3What you will do /h3 pThe Global Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for Car Fleet, Travel Expenses (TE), and consulting services. The role ensures compliance with Group standards and policies while delivering optimal value through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost control initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define business needs and ensure alignment with procurement procedures and instructions. /li liLead negotiations to ensure the best quality/cost ratio in indirect procurement. /li liAlign regional procurement practices with global procurement strategies. /li liIdentify and leverage cross-regional synergies and intercompany sourcing opportunities. /li liSupport the development and implementation of Master Service Agreements in collaboration with Haier Group procurement teams based in Italy. /li liManage the full vendor management process: scouting, offer evaluation, SLA, TC definition and contract drafting (in collaboration with the Legal department). /li liProcess orders in the company ERP system and maintain accurate procurement documentation. /li liConduct purchase cost analysis and prepare action plans to improve procurement performance. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. /li liProactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement and professional development in the procurement field. /li liStrong interest in professional growth in procurement is essential. /li /ul pEducation: University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. /p pProfessional experience: 2–4 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or similar roles, preferably gained in the dynamic, international environments. /p pLanguage: Italian fluent English proficiency. /p h3Soft skills /h3 ul liAbility to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. /li liExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common IT tools; SAP experience strongly is preferred. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. /li /ul pOther: Willingness to travel. /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
