We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Barcelona. If you're committed to providing excellent service and want to make a positive impact, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.Provide superior customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.Troubleshoot customer issues, answer questions, and guide customers in using our products and services.Ensure all customer concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.Record and document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of issues and resolutions.Work closely with other teams to provide holistic solutions to customer needs.Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.Meet and exceed key performance metrics, such as response times, issue resolution, and customer feedback.Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share insights with the management team.Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer service procedures and best practices.Requirements:Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is highly preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of customer personalities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proactive approach to solving customer problems and meeting their needs.Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction and experience.Flexibility to work on-site in Barcelona.Competitive salary and benefits package.Health insurance and wellness benefits.Opportunity for career development and growth within the company.Work in a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative environment.Access to training and development resources to enhance skills.Work-life balance and a positive office culture in the heart of Barcelona.#J-18808-Ljbffr
