Lead Reception Team Member
We are seeking a highly skilled reception team leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our luxury resort and spa. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic planning of daily operations, staff supervision, and effective handling of guest requests
- Cross-functional communication with departments to ensure prompt resolution of guest needs
- Budgeting authority for spending limits, room credits, and department expenses
- Fostering revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
To succeed in this role, you must possess proven experience in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of front office operations, proficiency in property management systems, leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in English.
