Ideal candidate profile:
· Master’s in finance or economics required.
· Candidate with maximum 2 years of experience (in banking, finance or related industries), with strong interest in Structured Finance/Securitisation.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) or proficiency in other programming languages
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
· Curious, meticulous attention to details and excellent personal presentation
· Excellent team player and problem solver, with an ability to deliver under pressure
The individual will be responsible for the following activities:
* Contribute to the evaluation of potential structured finance transactions implementing DCF models.
* Oversee transaction reviews and performance reports for investors, ensuring alignment with business plan.
* Attend and support the team during the arrangement stage of a transaction, negotiating economics and covenants.
* Interact with external teams such as transactions’ law firm and investment banks and/or asset managers.
* Support to other business units within Phinance Partners (i.e. Real Estate, Public Finance).
