Job Description
The Experience Designer shapes user journeys across digital platforms, creating user-centered designs that align with project goals. The ED stays updated on design trends, work autonomously, and collaborate with UX, brand, and development teams to deliver seamless, engaging experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design Solution Development: Generate, evaluate, refine, and iterate medium-complexity design solutions, with a strong grasp of key design principles (interaction design, a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy).
2. Trend Awareness and Integration: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into strategic, user-focused designs that align with project goals and timelines.
3. Autonomy and Time Management: Demonstrate autonomy through effective time management and organizational skills, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative team efforts.
4. Teamwork and Feedback Integration: Collaborate closely with brand and UX team members, integrate feedback, and ensure design excellence, clarity, and user-centric focus.
5. Technical Proficiency and Collaboration: Confidently navigate a variety of development platforms, partnering closely with front-end developers to ensure design performance across different devices and frameworks.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

6. Driven by user-centered and design thinking methodologies and fluent in best practices for usability and accessibility.
7. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
8. Proficiency in in modern design tools, particularly Figma, with expertise in creating design systems, prototypes, high-fidelity layout mockups, and documentation that seamlessly translate into development.
9. Deep understanding of development frameworks/CMS platforms, and the relationship between design and code, ensuring that designs are not only visually compelling but also technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with development realities.
10. Strong grasp of UX principles, user-centered methodologies, and best practices that ensure experiences are intuitive, inclusive, and effective—enabling seamless integration between UX and design teams to create cohesive, user-first solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
17. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
18. 3 - 5 years of significant industry experience
19. Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools (Sketch, XD, Figma) and ability to learn new ones as projects require.
20. Fluent in English (B2/C1)
