LiGXO, a partner in Kering's logistics innovation within the global luxury group, is seeking a WMS Solution Delivery Specialist for the Trecate headquarters in Novara. /liliThe selected candidate will participate in a project that combines technology, automation, and sustainable innovation. /lilibWMS Solution Delivery Specialist /b /lilibResponsibilities /b /liliFollow up on solution implementation and ensure alignment between initial requirements and final delivery; /liliLead testing phases for internal functional testing and customer validation; /liliParticipate in test plan development, design, and execution of test scripts; /liliSupport operations in process understanding, adoption, and acceptance testing; /liliAct as the point of contact between the software factory and business operations; /liliConfigure WMS parameters to support functional and technical changes; /liliIdentify gaps and propose solutions; /liliReport bugs, assist in problem identification, and provide resolutions through root cause analysis; /liliCollaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvements; /liliExplain designed processes and new functionalities to key users in operations; /liliMonitor progress and report according to KPIs; /liliCommunicate and exchange information with customers and internal stakeholders. /lilibRequirements /b /liliBachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s preferred, in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering; /liliPreferably 1-2 years of experience in software delivery; /liliAttention to detail and problem-solving skills; /liliAptitude for understanding and analyzing large data sets from multiple sources; /liliAbility to organize and present information clearly and concisely; /liliProvide timely and professional support to internal/external customers and vendors; /liliAbility to plan workload in a dynamic environment with changing priorities; /liliExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Xray is a plus; /liliTeam-oriented with collaborative skills; /liliComfortable working in a matrix environment and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally; /liliFluent in Italian and English; additional European languages (ideally French) are assets. /lilibWhat we offer /b /liliFurther details on role, contract type, and working hours will be provided during the interview.
