What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Employer Branding & Communications individual to join the global Employer Branding team of EssilorLuxottica, able to drive the talent attraction strategy in all the digital touchpoints, lead engagement campaigns, and additional communications projects aimed to engage with external top talent end generate employee’s pride. The role requires the ability to manage complexity, strong relations skills and the perfect balance between creativity, integrated marketing and project management competencies. What You’ll Do You will be part of the Global Employer Branding team based in Milan HQ, aimed at devising programs, initiatives and communications to position EssilorLuxottica as an Employer of Choice. Aligned with the talent attraction and engagement strategy, you will partner closely with HR colleagues worldwide, the Corporate Communications, Social Media and Content teams, and external partners. You will be in charge to spread the Employer Value Proposition of the Group by managing the activation through the following activities: - Supervise and guide the Digital presence of EssilorLuxottica from an Employer Branding perspective starting from the LinkedIn page, the Career Website and the EB channels (Job Boards like Glassdoor and Indeed, partner’s Social Media and Universities portals); - Manage the LinkedIn Editorial calendar by coordinating requests from different stakeholders like Corporate Communications, Brands and HR teams at a global level; Organize global mono-branded events like Business Games, live events, webinars and more based on hiring needs to position the brand with specific target audiences and attract talent to the Company; - Collaborate closely with the Social Media team to create cross channel communications within the social media corporate channels of the Group (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo) and elevate Employer Branding initiatives; - Guide and supervise the activities in the affiliated LinkedIn pages of the Group, provide training to page admins and create synergies between brands, HRs and Social Media team to generate engaging content; - Build and implement a fluid LinkedIn community management flow to proactively engage with the community; - Use LinkedIn best practices to maximize the tool (life pages, recruitment ads, live sessions, events Employee’s content, etc.); - Launch ambassadors’ engagement initiatives working in collaboration with other comms leaders on content flow, events and experiences to boost employee pride - Perform research on current benchmark latest industry and digital Employer Branding trends; - Measure success and report the industry and business impact of key campaigns and events and provide reports. Requirements: - B.A./B.S. degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related discipline. - 5 years in Employer Branding, Social Media, Corporate Communications, both in multinationals companies or in agency/consultancy firms - Strong experience with LinkedIn and deep knowledge of the channel dynamics and potential - Experience program managing, developing comms plans and content calendars across multiple platforms. - Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience. Your communications connect people to the brand. - Ability to build global cross-functional relationships with others in HR, recruiting, marketing and corporate communications across the organization. - Self-starter and proactive leader with a positive attitude. - Creative mind balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights. - Results-oriented approach, willingness to take risks and go off the grid. - Keen attention to detail, polish and presentation. - Excellent in English, both speaking and writing (this is a must)
