The Onsite Service Engineer Level 1 focuses on continuous development of knowledge and technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction and strong teamwork. Field service engineers tackle challenges and find solutions. You will stay composed under pressure and use Edwards processes, systems, and network to find answers. You take ownership of delivering high-quality work and will provide frontline support in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products, prioritizing safety and quality and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring resilience and offers opportunities to learn and develop engineering skills on highly technical equipment. /p pThe mission of the Onsite Service Engineer is to provide best-in-class technical support to customers for semiconductor products, ensuring system and product safety, uptime, and availability to improve customer satisfaction. /p pThe Field Service Engineer accomplishes this mission by performing complex customer support activities including installation, modification, repair, and preventive maintenance of Edwards Vacuum- and Abatement equipment and systems to ensure proper working order. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liIndependently conduct key operational activities, such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products. /li liWhere required, select, accurately maintain, and appropriately use Edwards Product and Field Service Operational information. /li li Undertake software setup, operation, maintenance, and basic analytics.
