For one of its Italian plants. /p pOn behalf of this estimated Client, we are looking for a /p h3INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLING MANAGER /h3 pThe Industrial Controlling Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Controlling function, ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis and performance monitoring in alignment with corporate guidelines and business objectives. /p pThis position represents a key finance leadership role within the organization, with a medium-term evolution toward broader financial responsibilities. /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Group; /li liMonitor KPIs related to production performance, margins, cost absorption and efficiency; provide detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making; /li liOversee cost accounting activities with a strong focus on serial production dynamics; analyse manufacturing costs, standard costing, inventory valuation and productivity indicators; /li liPartner closely with Operations to improve cost structure, profitability and operational efficiency; /li liManage and develop the Controlling team, fostering a performance-oriented and collaborative environment; /li liAct as a strategic partner to Plant Management and Department Heads. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance or related field; /li li8–10 years of experience in Controlling within structured manufacturing companies operating in serial production environments; /li liProven experience in team management; /li liSolid knowledge of industrial accounting principles and cost accounting; /li liStrong analytical mindset, hands‑on approach and problem‑solving skills; /li liFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. /li /ul pBackground or exposure to general accounting activities will be considered a plus. /p h3Location /h3 pParma area, Italy /p pBy submitting their Curriculum Vitae, the candidate declares that they have read the Privacy Notice provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 available on our website and therefore consent to the processing of their personal data. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
